Polymeer PVC – Wit mat – Extra sterke grijze polyacrylaatlijm – Dikte circa 75 µm – Voor langdurige toepassingen op vlakke én moeilijk hechtende ondergronden (tot ±7 jaar buiten)
A premium matt polymeric digital printing film with UltraTack adhesive, designed for lasting adhesion even on hard-to-stick or low surface energy (LSE) substrates. White matt finish, 75 µm thickness, with up to 7 years durability outdoors.
The ASLAN UltraTack Matt DFP08G offers significant value in situations where standard vinyl films fail to adhere properly. Its high initial tack and specially formulated adhesive make it ideal for rough, textured, or low surface energy (LSE) materials—plastics like polypropylene, untreated metals, galvanised steel, or textured wall surfaces. For signage, wall graphics, decals, or industrial labelling, this film delivers long-term reliability. The matt finish helps reduce glare and reflections, enhancing visual clarity especially under strong lighting or when viewed at angles.
Because of its 75 µm polymeric film construction, the film resists moisture, moderate temperature fluctuations, and gives stable performance over years. For customers, this means fewer re-applications, less maintenance, and more confidence especially for external or partially exposed installations.
This film is especially suitable in:
Industries that commonly benefit: signage & visual communication sectors, public utilities, transportation, municipal infrastructure, architectural finishes, retail / hospitality design, industrial flooring or equipment marking.
This film is engineered for difficult, low surface energy (LSE), rough or textured surfaces, such as polypropylene, galvanised steel, textured plastics, untreated or poorly painted surfaces, concrete, or construction panels. Its UltraTack adhesive ensures strong initial and long-term adhesion on these surfaces, which many standard films struggle with. Still, for completely non-stick coatings or unknown substrates, testing is recommended.
Yes. One of its advantages is that it has excellent initial tack even at low application temperatures — down to 5 °C. This makes it suitable for early morning, late evening, or cooler seasons where many films would experience poor bonding. Proper surface preparation (clean, dry, free of oils or dust) remains critical to success.
It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV-curable, and screen printing inks. Note that insufficient ink drying or curing (for ink-based prints) can negatively affect the film’s adhesive properties. Always ensure inks are fully dried/cured before exposure to moisture or laminates.
The matt finish reduces glare/reflection, which improves readability and visual appeal, especially under bright light or when viewed from oblique angles. For designs where light bounce or gloss would distract from colours or legibility, matt is preferable. It also tends to hide small surface imperfections better than gloss.
Up to 7 years in vertical exposure, under climates similar to central Europe. In harsher climates (strong UV, high heat, salt air, etc.) the lifespan may be less. Laminating or overcoating can extend durability.
Store rolls at room temperature (15-25 °C) and relative humidity about 50-60%. Keep them vertical or in racks designed to avoid pressure points. Shelf-life until use is up to 2 years from date of production.
Not strictly required — the film on its own gives robust outdoor performance. But for additional protection against mechanical wear, UV fade or extreme weather, a compatible overlaminate such as ASLAN PremiumProtect SL-17 or SL-18 (matte) is recommended to significantly extend life.
Yes. Classified under DIN EN 13501-1 as B-s1-d0, meaning it is flame retardant according to this standard. Useful for installations where fire safety compliance is required.
The “G” version refers to grey-pigmented adhesive, which improves coverage over coloured or high contrast backgrounds, helping to reduce show-through or underlying colours. The UltraTack/DFP08 white version uses transparent adhesive. For very challenging surfaces or extremely low energy paints/coatings, ASLAN’s MonsterTack (DFP05) offers even stronger adhesion.
When applied to aluminium and stored for 48 hours at 70 °C (on a 25×25 cm sample), the film shows maximum shrinkage of approx –0.45 %. For most applications this is small and acceptable, but for large, curved, or heat-exposed surfaces some allowances should be made.
