To which textiles can Poli-Flex® Image Carbon be applied? Poli-Flex® Image Carbon is suitable for cotton, polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic blends. It is ideal for personalizing T-shirts, sports and leisure wear, sports bags and promotional items. Please note that nylon and textiles with water-repellent impregnation are not suitable for this transfer film.

How do I cut and apply Poli-Flex® Image Carbon? Use a standard 45° blade to cut the design in mirror image. After peeling, place the design on the textile and press it with a heat press at 160°C for 15 seconds at a pressure of 2.5 - 3.0 bar. Remove the PET liner while it is still hot.

Is preheating the textile necessary when using Poli-Flex® Image Carbon? Yes, it is recommended to preheat the textile for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture before applying the transfer.

How washable is Poli-Flex® Image Carbon? The transfer is washable up to 60°C. Turn the textile inside out before washing to maintain the durability of the design.

Are there any special precautions when using Poli-Flex® Image Carbon on stretch fabrics? Because of the carbon fiber pattern, limitations such as wrinkling or tearing in the application may occur when used on stretch fabrics. This depends greatly on the composition of the fabric and the size and shape of the design.

Does Poli-Flex® Image Carbon contain harmful substances? No, the raw materials used are ecologically harmless and free of PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals.

Can Poli-Flex® Image Carbon be used on textiles with water-repellent impregnation? No, for such textiles the use of Poli-Flex® Nylon is recommended, as Poli-Flex® Image Carbon is not suitable for heat transfer on these materials.

How do I store Poli-Flex® Image Carbon for optimal use? Store the film in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. For best results, it is recommended that the film be used within 12 months of purchase.
