Poli-Flex® Image Glitter – Glinsterende Transferfolie

Poli-Flex® Image Glitter is een hoogwaardige flexfolie met een glinsterend glittereffect, speciaal ontworpen voor het overbrengen op textiel zoals katoen, polyester/katoen en polyester/acryl mengsels. Deze folie voegt een sprankelende uitstraling toe aan kledingstukken, waardoor het ideaal is voor T-shirts, sport- en vrijetijdskleding, sporttassen en promotionele artikelen. De folie is eenvoudig te snijden met alle gangbare plotters en biedt een uitstekende wasbestendigheid tot 60°C.

To which textiles can Poli-Flex® Image Glitter be applied? Poli-Flex® Image Glitter is suitable for cotton, polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic blends. It is ideal for T-shirts, sports and leisure wear, sports bags and promotional items. Please note that nylon and textiles with water-repellent impregnation are not suitable for this transfer film.

How do I cut and apply Poli-Flex® Image Glitter? Use a standard 45° blade to cut the design in mirror image. After peeling, place the design on the textile and press it with a heat press at 160°C for 15 seconds at a pressure of 3.5 bar. Remove the PET liner while it is still hot.

Is preheating the textile necessary when using Poli-Flex® Image Glitter? Yes, it is recommended to preheat the textile for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture before applying the transfer.

How washable is Poli-Flex® Image Glitter? The transfer is washable up to 60°C and suitable for dry cleaning and tumble drying. Turn the textile inside out before washing to maintain the durability of the design.

Are there any special precautions when using Poli-Flex® Image Glitter on stretch fabrics? Because of the glitter coating, restrictions such as wrinkling or tearing may occur when used on stretchy fabrics. This depends greatly on the composition of the fabric and the size and shape of the design.

Does Poli-Flex® Image Glitter contain harmful substances? No, the raw materials used are ecologically harmless and free of PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals.

Can Poli-Flex® Image Glitter be used on textiles with water-repellent impregnation? No, for such textiles the use of Poli-Flex® Nylon is recommended, as Poli-Flex® Image Glitter is not suitable for heat transfer on these materials.

How do I store Poli-Flex® Image Glitter for optimal use? Store the foil in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. For best results, it is recommended to use the film within 12 months of purchase.
